HELD Services LLC is an end-of-life support and education organization that helps individuals, families, and communities navigate dying and life’s final transitions with greater comfort, meaning, and peace. Guided by founder Dr. Jude Higgins’s perspectives in anthropology, clinical chaplaincy, and psychedelic integration, HELD views death as a significant rite of passage that can transform the dying person, their loved ones, and caregivers.

The organization offers compassionate end-of-life doula support, education, planning, and resources to help clients make choices aligned with their goals and wishes for care.
