Myeasyoptic

MyEasyOptic is a cloud-hosted management software solution for optical retailers, distributed by CRISTALLIN, part of the Groupe REFLEX. Available since 2010, it was developed with and for opticians to help them manage their stores through an accessible, straightforward online application. Because it runs over the internet, users can access the software and work from different locations with an internet connection.

The core features are free, with optional paid features charged using a token-based system, as well as monthly all-inclusive subscriptions. There is no licence purchase or long-term commitment, so stores can choose the services they need. MyEasyOptic’s hosted model includes data protection, access controls and backups; its hosting provider is described as certified for French health data hosting (HDS).

The company also provides demonstrations, customer support, documentation, video tutorials, installation guidance for Windows and Mac, and a FAQ. Its website features software updates and a related online shop for supplies, peripherals and software.
