Our flagship programme, Teacher Empowerment for School Transformation (TEST), is designed to develop officers' abilities in school management, pedagogical knowledge, and students' holistic development. Through TEST, we bridge the gap between teachers and school leaders, empowering teachers and helping school leaders communicate the school's vision and mission effectively. Our work has impacted numerous stakeholders in the education system, including district officers, teachers, school leaders, and students.
