Embodied Pelvic Health

Embodied Pelvic Health is a pelvic physical therapy practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee, founded by Dr. Gracie Davenport. It supports women of all ages seeking care for pelvic health and chronic concerns, with a holistic mind-body approach that incorporates nervous system regulation. The practice aims to address underlying factors and support long-term symptom resolution rather than temporary relief or symptom management.

Care begins with a full-body assessment of the spine, hips, abdominal wall, and pelvic region. Patients can attend individual, one-hour sessions with Dr. Davenport, who does not overlap appointments and focuses on personalized attention, clear explanations, and realistic goals. Areas of care include urinary and bowel dysfunction, sexual health, orthopedic concerns, pregnancy preparation, postpartum recovery, pre- and post-operative support, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, and other chronic symptoms.

Embodied Pelvic Health emphasizes a welcoming, safe environment and aims to help patients regain strength, confidence, and independence. The website states that Dr. Davenport is on maternity leave until further notice, so session availability may be affected.
