About Myep
MyEP is an established Exercise Physiology Practice located throughout the Sunshine Coast. With a team of experienced Exercise Physiologists, we specialize in creating evidence-based programs that are safe and effective for your specific needs. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) and Accredited Exercise Scientists (AESs) are dedicated to helping you prevent and manage chronic diseases, manage pain, and guide you through strength and conditioning exercises.
We take a biopsychosocial approach to promote a healthier lifestyle and help you reach your health and wellness goals. Our services include clinical exercise programs for chronic diseases such as diabetes, cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis, and chronic pain. We also offer rehabilitation, injury management, and weight loss programs.
