FEMhouse is a women-focused wellness community and Women’s Health Club founded in 2024 by Ileen, Julia and Linda. Created as a family business, it connects women, including mothers, who share an interest in healthy living, movement and personal growth. The brand combines a female network, event organiser and studio, bringing participants together through workshops, events and day retreats. Its activities explore topics such as healthy nutrition, pregnancy, balancing motherhood, female leadership, creativity and everyday wellbeing.

Movement is central to the FEMhouse experience. Its live events feature Pilates, yoga or barre, and the brand offers fitness and movement classes in the Dorsten area, with some activities also in Krefeld. A lavender field serves as an event venue in the Ruhr region, while a further satellite location in Krefeld is planned. FEMhouse works with selected female experts who contribute specialist knowledge to its programmes. Women can take part as attendees or join the community as Fembassadors, using the network as a platform for connection and development.
