My Girls Gynae

My Girls Gynae provides medical and holistic education to support gynaecological health from puberty through post-menopause. Founded by Dr Geraldine Connolly, a consultant gynaecologist, and Paula Herbert, a senior yoga teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner and wellbeing mentor, the organisation combines evidence-based medical information with perspectives from Ayurveda and yoga.

Its programmes address puberty, menstrual health, stress management, fertility, pregnancy, contraception and menopause. For adolescent girls and their guardians, My Girls Gynae offers school, sports club and community workshops, as well as an online pre-recorded course for mothers and daughters. The course includes 19 short videos and bonus yoga sessions, covering topics such as period pain, heavy or irregular periods, sanitary products, the contraceptive pill and when to seek medical advice.

For workplaces, the organisation delivers interactive online or in-person sessions on menstrual health, fertility, maternity and menopause, including bespoke programmes.
