MyGovIndia is the Government of India's Citizen Engagement Platform that aims to foster collaboration between the government and its citizens. It serves as a platform for citizens to contribute their opinions and ideas on various public interest and welfare issues. Since its launch on July 26, 2014, MyGov has garnered a user base of over 30 million registered users.

MyGov facilitates engagement with citizens through multiple government departments and ministries for policy formulation, dissemination of information on government schemes and programs, and consultations. The platform actively leverages social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to expand its reach and engagement. With an array of engagement methodologies like discussions, tasks, polls, surveys, blogs, and quizzes, MyGov ensures diverse and inclusive citizen participation.

It has also launched State instances in multiple states across India to further cater to the needs and requirements of citizens at the regional level. MyGov has played a significant role in crowdsourcing logos and taglines for key national projects, as well as seeking inputs on draft policies from citizens. It has also proactively supported the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in disseminating authentic information related to COVID-19 through its dedicated portal and WhatsApp chatbot.
