MyHouseWorx

HouseWorx is a home automation company that designs and installs customized systems to make controlling and monitoring a home simpler. Its approach combines technology with customer input: clients help shape an easy-to-use app interface and can expand their system as their needs change. HouseWorx supports control from mobile devices, including iOS and Android, and offers remote access, monitoring, and text alerts when problems arise.

The company provides personal assistance from the people who install and support its systems, rather than relying on automated call centers. Each system purchase includes one month of Gold support. Ongoing Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans offer options such as phone and email support, system and internet monitoring, updates, app changes, annual system health visits, and service calls, depending on the plan. HouseWorx also offers discounted support rates and invites prospective customers to request a free quote. The company describes its goal as making smart-home technology accessible through tailored solutions, responsive design, and ongoing help.
