The myHyundai Austria portal provides a personal service hub where customers can manage information about their Hyundai vehicles and access practical ownership tools. Users can view vehicle details and technical specifications, keep a digital service book, and add other vehicles, including cars from different brands, motorcycles and trailers.
The portal can also provide reminders for Austria’s §57a vehicle inspection, known as the Pickerl. Hyundai customers can purchase an extended warranty and book a service appointment online with a Hyundai partner in Austria. For selected new Hyundai models, the brand also offers a service flat rate intended to help customers manage servicing costs.
