About MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW GUIDE
MIPLG is a network of African Intellectual Property (IP) and Competition Law Advocates, dedicated to promoting and implementing IP education in developing countries. Our mission is to actively respond to the needs of developing economies by informing, discussing, educating, advising, and advocating for reforms in the IP and Competition Law sectors.
We strive to enhance economic stability in developing nations through the development of Intellectual Property and Competition Laws. Our values of leadership, education, respect, innovation, diligence, and integrity guide our work.
Our aims and objectives include encouraging creativity and innovation for economic growth, assisting governments in formulating and implementing policies for intellectual property rights, promoting exchange of ideas and knowledge, and educating society on the importance of protecting intellectual property rights.
