MyIR Mobile is a digital service that helps people access official immunization records through partnerships with participating state health departments. Its platform lets users review their immunization history, receive reminders about future immunizations, and view or print records for themselves and their families. The service is offered free and is designed to provide convenient, secure access online.

Getting started involves registering with personal information so MyIR Mobile can verify the user and search the relevant immunization registry for an exact record match. When a match is found, a verification code is sent to the phone number associated with the record. If no match is found, users may be able to link their records through a participating pharmacy or provider.

In select states, MyIR Mobile also offers digital vaccine credentials, including MyIR-issued SMART Health Cards and scannable QR codes for demonstrating COVID-19 vaccination status. The service supports Spanish-language display. MyIR Mobile lists participating state programs and invites individuals to register interest where the service is not yet available, while pharmacies, schools, providers, and state programs can contact the organization about participation.
