My Little Zen is a non-for-profit yoga initiative with a vision to inspire global change through technology, movement and music, contributing towards the SDGs. We bring people together for a unique experience that combines yoga and live music. As we flow to the rhythm of the beat, we share energies to create a fusion of movement, breath, senses, mindfulness and overall alignment – making our yogis feel alive in the moment. The primary focus of My Little Zen is to give the gift of yoga to help others, and by doing so creating a global community that flows for a cause. Our ethos combines elements of ‘Karma Yoga’ - a selfless action for the benefit of others; and ‘The Law of Creation’ – you need to take action to create something for yourself and others, rather than wait for it to happen.
