Her work aims to help individuals and businesses achieve their goals, address perceived limitations, and build confidence, focus, and balance.

Services include one-to-one coaching, corporate coaching, support with company culture, online courses, and talks for riding clubs and equestrian businesses. Courses cover mental skills for riders, including managing riding or performance anxiety and staying composed in competition.
