My lucky life

My Lucky Life is a Dutch lifestyle coaching brand focused on helping women feel healthier and more comfortable in their bodies. Led by Susanne, a lifestyle coach, weight consultant and gut health expert, the brand takes a whole-person approach to concerns such as low energy, bloating, cravings, hormonal symptoms and difficulty losing weight. Its philosophy is to look beyond food and calories, considering gut health, hormones and blood sugar as part of overall wellbeing.

Services include the Gut Lucky Method, an online program and one-to-one coaching, with support intended to help clients make practical lifestyle changes. My Lucky Life also offers lab testing, a free body check and educational resources, including e-books on gut health and weight loss. Additional offerings include a low-toxic lifestyle resource, a workshop on natural skincare and a pollen trio. Visitors can explore articles, download a free e-book or arrange an introductory conversation to discuss their concerns and possible first steps.
