MyMovesMatter is a brand that is dedicated to empowering individuals with Parkinson's Disease (PD) by providing them with personalized knowledge about their symptoms and triggers. It all started when our Co-Founder, who herself was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson's Disease (YOPD) after the birth of her daughter, noticed a pattern among women with PD. Many of them experienced worsening symptoms around their menstrual cycle and during menopause, but were not receiving the necessary advice or treatment from their neurologists.

Determined to make a difference, she conducted a worldwide survey and co-authored a research paper on the unmet needs of women with PD. This led to the development of the My Moves Matter app, which allows individuals to track their PD symptoms across the menstrual cycle and gain a deeper understanding of their own bodies. Our belief is that personalized knowledge is power over Parkinson's.
