Myndful Healing

Myndful Healing is a therapy and wellbeing practice founded by Nicole Healy in Melbourne, supporting people affected by a loved one’s addiction and those seeking deeper personal healing. Its approach centres on compassionate, trauma-informed care, with the aim of helping clients feel understood, reduce shame, and reconnect with themselves.

The practice offers Life Beyond Addiction, a six-week individual program for loved ones of people experiencing addiction, and Wellness From Within, a six-week online group program limited to five participants. Both include guided practices and support with boundaries, communication, self-care, and emotional regulation. Individual therapy services include Embodied Processing, a somatic approach that explores trauma, and Root-Cause Therapy, which focuses on identifying and working through limiting core beliefs. Sessions and programs are available at set fees, with complimentary introductory calls offered to help people consider their options.

Myndful Healing also shares a podcast about addiction and mental wellbeing, alongside resources and updates through its newsletter.
