About MYNDUP
MYNDUP, founded in 2020, is a brand dedicated to helping employees and their companies thrive by providing top-quality mental health support. Our mission is to ensure that no one feels stuck, helpless, or alone when it comes to their mental well-being. The idea for MYNDUP came from Joel Gujral, our CEO and Founder.
Joel himself experienced a deep depression in 2019 and struggled to find the right support at his workplace. Frustrated by the complex and slow process, he sought private counseling but found it ineffective. It was only when he discovered life coaching that he began to see real progress.
Based on his own experiences, Joel realized that traditional mental health solutions often fell short. That's why MYNDUP takes a unique approach, offering a variety of support options to cater to individual needs. We understand that there is no one-size-fits-all solution, and everyone deserves access to the support that works best for them.
