My Neighbours

My Neighbours the Dumplings is a renowned brand that originated from a passion for delicious dumplings and a love for good music and sake. It all began as a grass roots journey, with friends gathering at the founders' flat in Hackney to roll dumplings together. This led to the birth of My Neighbours the Dumplings, which started as a weekly pop-up and eventually opened its first Dumpling House on Lower Clapton road in 2016.

The brand expanded further in 2019 with the opening of a second restaurant in Victoria Park Village, serving a slightly different menu but maintaining the commitment to using the best ingredients and making everything in-house. My Neighbours the Dumplings is known for its handmade dumplings, crafted with care and precision by their expert Dumpling Team. While not strictly a Dim Sum restaurant, they follow the Dim Sum style of eating, offering an array of small dishes that are perfect for sharing.

The brand takes pride in using quality ingredients, such as free-range meat sourced from Taste Tradition farms in Yorkshire and sustainably sourced fish. They also offer a great selection of drinks, including organic wines, sake from family-run breweries in Japan, Asian-inspired cocktails, and a range of Chinese teas directly sourced from China and Taiwan. Due to the global pandemic, My Neighbours the Dumplings adapted by launching a range of restaurant-quality frozen dumplings, condiments, and meal kits, allowing customers to enjoy their delicious dumplings in the comfort of their own homes.

Whether dining in at one of their restaurants or enjoying their frozen dumplings at home, My Neighbours the Dumplings aims to share their heart and dedication through their humble little dumplings, creating a memorable dining experience for all
