Myo and Me

Myo & Me is a London-based provider of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy and Functional Breathwork, supporting adults and children aged three and older. Its tailored approach helps patients develop healthier habits in the muscles of the mouth, face, and neck to improve breathing, chewing, swallowing, sleep quality, and jaw and tongue function. The practice addresses concerns including mouth breathing, poor oral posture, and improper swallowing, with therapy focused on nasal breathing, correct tongue rest position, a relaxed lip seal, and effective swallowing patterns.

Myo & Me delivers therapy online, with assessments and some treatments available in person at its London and Amersham clinics. Services also include infant assessments and breathwork support. Care is designed around each individual and may be coordinated with other healthcare professionals, including orthodontists, ENT doctors, and osteopaths, to support a holistic approach. Led by certified Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist and Dental Hygienist Jennifer Nicoll, the practice emphasizes early intervention, accessible treatment, and sustained progress through a personalized course of therapy.
