Our primary goal is to promote and protect the collective interests of players within the rugby industry, both at national and provincial levels. We are owned entirely by the players themselves, who also take on leadership roles within our organizational structures and board.

At MyPlayers, we provide player-driven solutions to improve the lives of our members. We believe that rugby is more than just a game and strive to create a platform that connects players with people, insurances, and financial assistance to ensure they have a strong foundation after their rugby careers end. These include player development programs, industrial and commercial support, financial services, player affairs management, PlaySmart initiatives, licensing opportunities, and benefit partnerships. Since our establishment in 1998, we have grown and evolved alongside the rugby industry. We have played a pivotal role in resolving disputes and ensuring player representation in decision-making processes.
