Subaru

MySubaru is Subaru’s digital ownership platform, designed to make it easier for owners to manage their vehicles and access support. Available through a mobile app for iOS and Android, it connects owners to practical tools and information for everyday driving and trip planning. Users can view owner’s manuals and how-to videos, check service reminders and history, find Subaru Certified Service Centers, and schedule service at participating locations.

For eligible vehicles with a MySubaru Connected Services subscription, the platform also offers features such as remote start, remote lock and unlock, vehicle location, real-time health notifications, and access to 24-hour roadside assistance. Availability depends on the vehicle, subscription, and location. Owners can manage multiple vehicles in an account and grant authorized users selected levels of access to connected features and reports.

MySubaru also provides account support, vehicle resources, and updates about Subaru events. Some Subaru models, including Solterra, Trailseeker, and Uncharted, are not supported by the MySubaru app or website and use the separate SubaruConnect app.
