MyTankInfo provides cloud-based software and hardware solutions to help fuel site operators plan inventory and manage compliance. The platform collects data from a site’s automatic tank gauge (ATG) and securely transfers it to fuel management software, presenting tank levels, alarms, and reporting tools through a mobile-friendly dashboard accessible on web-enabled devices. Operators can receive fuel-related alarms and warnings on their phones, monitor inventory remotely, and use the information to plan deliveries and manage costs.

The service is designed to work with low-cost hardware connected to an ATG’s RS-232 port and an internet connection, without requiring expensive phone lines or fax and modem cards. Its modular software lets customers select the features they need and pay for the modules that provide value to their operations. MyTankInfo also offers fuel inventory reconciliation tools intended to improve oversight of fuel inputs and outputs, reduce labor demands, and limit losses. By handling the cloud-based platform, the company aims to simplify access and reduce IT maintenance for fuel businesses.
