MyTantra offers women a supportive space to reconnect with their bodies, feelings, boundaries and capacity for pleasure. Led by Andrzej, the practice focuses on conscious bodywork and attentive presence, with an emphasis on safety, consent, dignity and each woman’s own pace. Rather than following a fixed formula or pushing clients beyond their limits, the work responds to what they feel and need.

MyTantra is for women who feel disconnected from their bodies or emotions, experience tension or shame, struggle to relax or enjoy closeness, or want to strengthen their boundaries and sense of self. Its services include introductory conversations, consultations, individual sessions and a transformational programme; the site also refers to workshops. These offerings are intended to support a gradual return to bodily awareness and a more grounded relationship with oneself. The approach is described as respectful and discreet, without pressure, judgement or expectations.
