MyTeseo is a care management app developed by OTTOERRE s. r. l.

to support caregivers of people with disabilities and complex, chronic health conditions. Built around a bottom-up approach, it starts with information known or observed by the patient and caregiver, helping them organize details of the care journey and share a clearer health picture with authorized professionals and others involved in care.
