My Time Pedriatic Therapy

My Time, Inc. is a pediatric therapy and child development center dedicated to helping children build skills, confidence, and independence. Serving children from birth to age 21, the center offers personalized care through a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals, working in partnership with families and other members of a child’s support network.

Services include physical, occupational, speech-language, and feeding therapy, as well as sensory integration-based occupational therapy and developmental programs. Physical therapy supports strength, mobility, coordination, balance, and endurance. Occupational therapy addresses fine motor skills, handwriting, sensory processing, self-care, play, and everyday participation. Speech-language therapy helps children develop communication, speech fluency, literacy, social language, and alternative communication skills. Feeding therapy can address food aversions, limited diets, and oral-motor or chewing difficulties.

The team uses evidence-based techniques and individualized strategies to support children with developmental delays, autism, ADHD, learning challenges, and other needs. Programs and approaches include DIR/Floortime, PROMPT, sensory integration, and Handwriting Without Tears.
