Uzima Health & Wellness/Black Health Collective is a vital platform dedicated to bridging the gap in healthcare access for Black communities. Founded by Dr. Kendra Outler, our mission is to advocate for health equity by providing culturally competent education, advocacy, and research support to healthcare organizations. We focus on the 3 E’s—environment, education, and economics—to address the underlying factors contributing to health disparities.

Through our extensive network and resources, we empower Black communities to take charge of their health by fostering dialogue, sharing expert insights, and promoting community-centric solutions. Our platform features a wealth of informative content, including articles, podcasts, videos, and reviews, all aimed at advancing health equity for Black communities.
