Insight Kung Fu is the Moy Yat Ving Tsun access center in Freguesia, Rio de Janeiro, offering personalized learning in the Ving Tsun Kung Fu system. Guided by the Moy Yat Ving Tsun Safeguard Group, the center presents Kung Fu as more than fighting techniques: it is a way to cultivate awareness, adaptability, and excellence that can inform everyday life. Its teaching connects martial practice with personal development through the tradition of Vida Kung Fu, a learning approach associated with Moy Yat’s legacy.

Students can choose in-person, online, or hybrid classes, with programs tailored to their needs, availability, and learning goals. The center invites prospective students to arrange an introductory interview, either in person at its Rio de Janeiro location or by video call. Instruction is led by Senior Master Felipe Soares, a direct disciple of Grandmaster Leo Imamura and a practitioner in the Ving Tsun lineage. Insight Kung Fu aims to support each student’s continuing development through a personalized experience grounded in the system’s martial and educational traditions.
