My Way Collective is a registered NDIS provider offering person-centred support across Queensland and New South Wales, with expansion into Victoria planned. Its services are organised through four branches: Plan My Way, Support My Way, Home My Way and Restore My Way. Together, they help people of different ages and abilities navigate the NDIS, build independence and pursue meaningful goals.

The collective provides Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and Core Supports, including assistance with daily living, community access, transport and implementing NDIS plans. Home services include cleaning, gardening and practical help to maintain a safe, supportive living environment, alongside flexible in-home and community support. Restore My Way offers domestic-violence-informed healing and recovery support, including for people without NDIS funding.

My Way Collective emphasises choice, control, inclusion, integrity and collaboration. Its distinct service branches have separate teams, governance and focus, helping participants choose supports while protecting independence. Staff bring professional and lived experience, with capacity to assist in complex situations involving child protection, justice and hospital discharge.
