N2 Remodeling + Painting is an owner-led residential painting and remodeling business serving Austin, Texas. With more than ten years of experience painting Austin homes, the company focuses on interior and exterior painting, including kitchens, cabinets, walls, trim, and doors. Its small in-house crew works on a limited number of homes—typically two per month—rather than relying on subcontractors.

N2’s service begins with a paid, in-home estimate: surfaces are measured by hand, and homeowners receive a fixed price before work begins, along with a digital rendering to preview colors in their rooms. Painting projects include preparation, patching, caulking, priming as needed, two finish coats, materials, protection for floors and furniture, and daily cleanup. The company uses Sherwin-Williams Emerald paint at no additional charge and provides daily photo updates. Most interior projects take three to five working days, while larger remodels may take longer. N2 also offers a written two-year workmanship warranty for paint failures caused by application. Its approach is designed for homeowners seeking clear pricing, careful work, and consistent communication.
