The National African American Insurance Association is dedicated to empowering Black insurance professionals and celebrating our accomplishments. NAAIA is committed to attracting talented individuals to the insurance industry. Through our work and affiliation with other organizations, we are dedicated to increasing the awareness of opportunities and the attractiveness of careers in the insurance industry. NAAIA's involvement is local, regional and national. The association has strong relationships with traditional insurance industry trade associations and other organizations focused on the interests of people of color and on diversity and inclusion in the insurance industry.

About NAAIA National
NAAIA National is the National African American Insurance Association, an organization dedicated to connecting people of color and others in the insurance industry. With 21 chapters across the country (and more in development), NAAIA represents professionals from all sectors of the industry. By pooling their expertise, members contribute to the association's mission of promoting professionalism, industry recognition, and career opportunities.
NAAIA provides a platform for sharing professional knowledge, experiences, and information through activities such as quarterly newsletters, national conferences, and advocacy on important industry issues. The association is committed to empowering African American insurance professionals and attracting talented individuals to the insurance industry. NAAIA offers networking opportunities, continuing education, and the chance to build mutually beneficial connections and partnerships.
In addition, NAAIA sponsors talent competitions and awards scholarships to deserving students. The association has strong relationships with industry trade associations and organizations focusing on diversity and inclusion. Founded in 1997 by Jerald L.
