About Naam Foundation
NAAM Foundation is a dynamic brand and a powerful movement initiated by Nana Patekar and Makarand Anaspure in September 2015. This admirable organization emerged in response to the heart-wrenching plight of farmers and the dire consequences of drought in Maharashtra.
The primary mission of NAAM Foundation is to address the rapid deterioration of villages due to drought, the alarming rate of farmer suicides, and the persistent water crisis. With a dedicated focus on educating farmers, restoring the sustainable use of groundwater, and revitalizing canals and abandoned water projects, NAAM is actively finding sustainable solutions to these pressing issues.
Leveraging its stature as a movement, NAAM Foundation strives to empower individuals by eradicating farmer distress and facilitating development in deprived villages. Through their ongoing projects and future initiatives, NAAM aims to bring fulfillment and dignity back to the lives of villagers and farmers across the nation.
This transformative work would not be possible without the unwavering support and contributions of patrons, partners, and friends. Join the NAAM Foundation to make a difference and be a part of the mission to uplift those who feed the nation.
