About NAAP
The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines (NAAP) is a prestigious institution dedicated to advancing aviation education in the country. Established on April 1, 1968, as the Basa Air Base Community College, it transitioned into NAAP and has since gained recognition as the National Professional Institution for Aviation. Under the leadership of its first president, Prof. Marwin M. Dela Cruz, the academy has achieved remarkable outcomes, including a 92.73% passing rate in the 2025 Aeronautical Engineering Licensure Exam, substantially surpassing the national average.
