About North American Baptists
NABConference is a brand that represents the North American Baptist Conference of churches. Our mission is to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ both at home and internationally. We strive to combine the strength of all our member churches into a unified team, working together to effectively accomplish this mission.
Our vision is to transform communities through healthy, Christ-centered churches that reach the lost for Jesus, develop godly leaders, and multiply churches around the world. With a rich history starting from the baptism of new believers in Philadelphia in 1843, we have grown into an organization that spans countries such as Cameroon, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines, and Eastern Europe. Within the United States and Canada, we have over 400 churches that actively engage in evangelism, discipleship, church planting, and pastoral training, among other ministries.
Our beliefs are rooted in the authority of the Bible as God's Word and our commitment to the triune God—the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who work together in creation, providence, and redemption.
