Nabo Kampfsport

Nabo Kampfsport is a martial arts school led by Katja and Achmed Nabo, whose coaching team brings many years of kickboxing experience. Achmed is described as a world champion, and the trainers share their knowledge with students of different ages and experience levels. The school offers kickboxing, boxing, children’s kickboxing, self-defense training and Lady-Power, a women-only class focused on training both body and mind.

Kickboxing combines punches and kicks, while boxing classes let participants work out on punching bags and practise sparring. Children’s programs are a particular priority: training is designed to build confidence, self-assurance, fitness and discipline, while encouraging fairness, teamwork and personal development. The school also offers children dedicated self-defense instruction, helping them learn to respond mentally and physically to challenging situations.

Nabo Kampfsport presents itself as a welcoming, family-like training environment for newcomers and returning athletes alike. Its approach combines physical conditioning with coordination, perseverance and the motivation to work toward individual goals. The school lists connections with WAKO Deutschland and WAKO Hamburg.
