Founded by Eva van der Velden, a certified children’s sleep coach and mother, Nachtdromers combines professional guidance with a personal, loving approach tailored to each child and family.

Support begins with a free, no-obligation introductory conversation to discuss sleep concerns and possible next steps. Families who choose to proceed complete an intake form and sleep log, followed by an intake meeting and a custom sleep plan. Coaching clients receive three weeks of personal support, with regular opportunities to ask questions and get advice. The process concludes with a review conversation.
