About NACSW
NACSW (North American Association of Christians in Social Work) is a non-profit Christian social work member organization that aims to integrate Christian faith and professional social work practice. With over 1,500 individual and organizational members from most of the 50 states in the US and many provinces in Canada, NACSW offers a diverse and inclusive community. As a registered foreign corporation in the State of Connecticut, NACSW provides a wide range of services and benefits to its members.
Through NACSW, social workers and organizations interested in integrating Christian faith and social work practice can access networking groups, member interest groups, and resources that focus on Adventist social work, community organizing, poverty alleviation, racial justice, and social work education. NACSW also organizes annual conventions and provides continuing education opportunities. Additionally, members can benefit from online publications, including a journal and blog, and access a job board for employment opportunities.
