Nadeshwari

Nadeshwari Joythimayananda is a yoga teacher, facilitator and author whose work brings together influences from South Asian traditions and her life between Eastern and Western cultures. Born in Sri Lanka to a Tamil family of Indian origin, she moved to Italy as a child. Her teaching draws on yoga, Tantra, Veda and Hindu traditions, with a focus on women’s experience, bodily cycles, strength, receptivity and self-awareness.

Through online programs, individual sessions, training courses, events and residential retreats, Nadeshwari offers practices for exploring the relationship between body, mind, spirituality and nature. Her programs include Moon Yatra, which connects women’s cycles with lunar and planetary rhythms, and Yogini Shakti training, designed for yoga teachers, holistic practitioners and anyone wishing to deepen self-knowledge. Other offerings include ceremonies, ritual and dance practices, and themed journeys such as La Serpente. Nadeshwari is also the author of Lunatika, a guide to women’s bodies, life phases, sexuality, Tantra, Ayurveda and female traditions. Her work invites participants to explore directly and at their own pace.
