The NADF Awards Gala is an annual celebration of Indigenous business, leadership, and community contribution in Northern Ontario. Organized by NADF, the event brings together entrepreneurs, organizations, and supporters to recognize achievements and encourage Indigenous prosperity. The 34th annual gala is scheduled for October 22, 2026, at Delta Hotels Thunder Bay in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

The awards honour individuals and businesses for qualities including integrity, respect, resilience, innovation, cultural pride, and service to their communities. Categories include Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Partnership of the Year, Excellence in Leadership, Startup Business of the Year, Business Excellence, and Small Business of the Year. The gala also offers an evening program featuring dinner, entertainment, award presentations, and networking. Guests can purchase individual dinner tickets or tables of ten, while businesses can participate as sponsors. Proceeds support the NADF Community Care Fund, which helps fund cultural, wellness, and community events, and the NADF Mikinaak Bursary, which assists Indigenous students pursuing post-secondary education.
