Naked Dojo

Naked Dojo is a men’s self-leadership coaching practice founded by Stan Rain, a coach and Sensei who helps men move beyond performance, isolation, and defensive patterns. Its work is designed for men ready to face difficult truths, reconnect with themselves, and develop a more grounded expression of power. Rain is a third-degree black belt in Seibukai Goju-Ryu Karate-do and a certified Men’s Deep Embodiment Coach. His approach combines martial discipline, breathwork, bodywork, parts work, trauma-informed coaching, and direct truth-telling.

Naked Dojo offers one-to-one coaching focused on the patterns and challenges that keep men from feeling centered, alongside online group programs where participants train, share honestly, and support one another. The practice calls its approach “armor work”: identifying defenses that once served a purpose and learning to move beyond them. Rather than presenting itself as therapy or a casual men’s group, Naked Dojo describes its programs as a structured training ground for building presence, integrity, and connection.
