Обнаженные сердца is a charitable organization founded by Natalia Vodianova in 2004. Their mission is to stop the sad tradition of abandoning children with developmental disabilities and ensure that no child ends up in an orphanage. They believe that individuals with mental and physical disabilities should have the opportunity to live a fulfilling life within a family.

The main focus of Обнаженные сердца is to create a society that is open to people with special needs by developing a network of free services for special children and their families. They also aim to promote professional support for families and inclusion in education, employment, and leisure activities. Throughout their 15 years of work, they have successfully helped over 10,000 families and established more than 200 inclusive parks and playgrounds across 157 cities in Russia and beyond.

Their projects include creating inclusive play spaces, providing early intervention services to prepare children for school, and offering support for employment opportunities for individuals on the autism spectrum.
