About Kvinner for Endring
Kvinner for Endring is an ideal organization dedicated to promoting the integration and inclusion of immigrant women in Norwegian society. Our goal is to empower Afghan women to achieve their full potential and become independent members of Norwegian society through participation in the workforce and voluntary work. We offer concrete integration measures, including sharing valuable information on culture, society, economy, politics, law, and health.
Additionally, we provide courses on mental health, job search, child protection, networking, and digital skills, as well as cultural activities and capacity building for young immigrant women in Norway. We also offer leadership and negotiation courses for young Afghan women, mentorship programs, and coaching. By joining our community of passionate and dedicated women for a better future, you can make a difference.
