Nakraji

Nakraji is a restaurant in Liberec, Czech Republic, offering modern dining shaped by seasonal ingredients and a focus on balanced, harmonious flavors. Since opening in 2023, it has aimed to raise the standard of regional hospitality through carefully composed menus, premium wines, house-made sourdough bread, and desserts. The restaurant’s kitchen is led by chef Adam Zikmund, who developed his skills during 11 years in England and through internships at acclaimed restaurants including Faviken, Oud Sluis, Atera, Carcasse, and Pauly Saal. After working abroad, he returned to his hometown of Liberec to lead Nakraji. The restaurant also offers gift vouchers, which can be collected in person or sent to customers.

Located on U Nisy, Nakraji welcomes reservations by phone or contact form and provides Wi-Fi; pets are permitted. Its opening hours include weekday service and Saturday dining, with the restaurant closed on Mondays and Sundays
