NamaaJo نماء is a non-profit organization founded in 2005 by a group of women dedicated to advancing women's rights and promoting their active participation in decision-making processes. With a strong focus on creating a conscious and educated society, Namaa offers various programs and services to empower women and youth in Jordan. Under their four main programs – Qaderat, Majtami, the world is my class, and the Safe Cities Program – Namaa has successfully implemented over 40 projects.

Their initiatives aim to enhance the status of women in local communities and ensure their voices are heard. From economic and political empowerment to social and cultural involvement, Namaa strives to create a just world where women's rights are upheld, girls have equal opportunities, and young men and women actively contribute to sustainable development. With their core ethics of honesty, credibility, trust, and transparency, Namaa operates on a strong foundation.
