Namaste Hearts Yoga

Motion Lab by Namaste Hearts Yoga offers movement-based enrichment programs for children in The Acreage, Wellington, and surrounding Palm Beach County communities. Blending yoga, playful movement, and mindfulness, its classes use energetic activities and calming practices to help kids develop focus, emotional regulation, body awareness, and confidence. The approach makes mindfulness feel like play rather than a formal lesson, while teamwork and social activities encourage connection and cooperation. Children also learn practical tools for handling challenging moments and transitions at school, at home, and in sports.

Programs include after-school enrichment, homeschool offerings, equestrian rider programs, a Friendship Club, studio programs, specialty classes, and events. Motion Lab serves families and also works with schools and PTAs to create programs suited to their communities. It is building partnerships with studios, equestrian centers, and wellness providers across the region. Founded by Dawn Elsner, Motion Lab was inspired by her experience growing up with ADHD and a desire to create a welcoming space for children who need to move.
