Nam Wah Pai Association is a renowned martial arts school based in Singapore. Our primary focus is on training students in the ancient art of qigong, a practice that harnesses the power of energy flow within the body. Through qigong, students can strengthen their body's conditioning, enabling them to withstand powerful blows and exert a potent force.
However, qigong is not just limited to martial arts; it also promotes internal organ health and natural healing mechanisms. As Singapore's population aged, Nam Wah Pai adjusted its mission to cater to the evolving needs of the country. Today, our training programs primarily revolve around qigong, tai chi for natural healing, and Chinese internal martial arts for self-defense, strength, and power.
Throughout our journey, we have achieved various milestones, such as establishing international branches, attaining Guinness World Records, and receiving prestigious awards. At Nam Wah Pai, we are committed to preserving and passing down the ancient traditions of qigong. Our students have witnessed significant improvements in their body's conditioning and rejuvenating abilities.
Join us today to experience the transformative power of qigong. Contact us to find out more about our classes and training programs
