Nannies for Happy Families

Nannies for Happy Families is a local, boutique nanny agency serving families across Greater Phoenix, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the East Valley. The agency helps parents find safe, reliable childcare through a personal, hands-on placement process designed to make the search easier and less stressful. It supports families seeking both long-term nannies and short-term care, including help during school breaks.

The agency manages key steps in the hiring process, including caregiver interviews, background checks, and reference verification. It then thoughtfully matches nannies with families based on their needs, values, and lifestyle. By working with a limited number of families, Nannies for Happy Families aims to offer attentive service while keeping its fees affordable. Support is available before, during, and after placement, and families can begin with a free consultation to learn about the process and decide whether the service is right for them. The agency also provides guidance on nanny rates, hiring, and childcare options, helping parents make informed decisions and feel more confident about care for their children.
