SleepSense uses age-based wake windows, circadian patterns, and a baby’s recorded history to predict upcoming naps and bedtime; it begins learning individual rhythms after five days of tracking.

nappi also offers real-time family sync, allowing parents and other caregivers to share updates, plus a private Family Album for photos and memories. Additional features include allergen and reaction tracking, developmental milestone records, voice controls through Siri and Alexa, sleep sounds, and Apple Watch and Wear OS support. Users can view reports, export data as CSV, and create PDF summaries to share with a pediatrician. The app is available on iOS and Android and is translated into six languages.
