NarsCars

NarsCars is a car-rental company offering self-drive vehicles across Ukraine, with service in cities including Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Uzhhorod, Rivne and Ivano-Frankivsk. Its fleet spans economy, mid-size, business, SUV, minivan, premium, commercial, electric and pickup categories, with daily prices starting at €25. Customers can book online or by phone for rentals ranging from one day to several months, and online bookings are advertised as 10% cheaper.

The company provides standard comprehensive and third-party liability insurance with rentals, plus an optional Full Protection package that can remove the rental deposit and limit responsibility for vehicle damage, subject to the agreement. Other services include unlimited mileage, additional drivers, roadside assistance and permission to travel abroad to EU countries and Moldova, with the car returned to Ukraine. NarsCars also offers vehicle rental for businesses, a loyalty program, and a service for owners to earn income by renting out their cars. Bookings can be paid by card, digital wallet or bank transfer, and documents may be submitted through Ukraine’s Diia app.
