The National AIDS, Viral Hepatitis and STIs Control Programme (NASCP) is a programme of Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. It leads and coordinates the health-sector response to HIV, viral hepatitis and sexually transmitted infections, providing programme information and public health resources for stakeholders and the public.
NASCP’s work spans prevention; HIV treatment, care and support; laboratory services; strategic information, including monitoring and evaluation; advocacy, communication and social mobilization; and procurement and supply chain management. Its Office of the National Coordinator provides strategic leadership and executive oversight across the programme.
